Can I return a product?
At Robert’s Dorset we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return a product, please see the arrangements below:
How long do I have to make a return?
All returns must be returned to Robert’s Dorset within 14 days of the dispatch date.
Can I return items if I have changed my mind?
Items can only be returned if they remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage, and there will be an administration fee for re-stocking the item(s), equal to 20% of the order value not including the postage costs.
What do I do if my item is damaged or there is a problem with my order?
If the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@robertdorset-new-com.stackstaging.com with photos of the issue. Damages must also be noted when receiving the parcel with the courier company, where possible. We will then advise you of the best way to rectify the issue to ensure your satisfaction. Return postage costs will be covered by us if the order has been damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order.
